Terms & Conditions – Norvén

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Norvén (“Norvén”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) via our website and govern the use of our products and services.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not place an order.


Article 1 – Definitions

Consumer: a natural person acting outside their trade, business, or profession.
Distance contract: a contract concluded through our website without physical presence.
Cooling-off period: the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for EU consumers.
Product: any item sold by Norvén via the website.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Norvén and the consumer.

Before completing an order, these Terms are made available electronically. They can be stored on a durable medium.


Article 4 – The Offer

Product descriptions are provided with care and accuracy.

Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Minor variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur.

Obvious mistakes or typographical errors do not bind Norvén.


Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded once you place an order and receive an order confirmation email.

Norvén reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • suspected fraud

  • incorrect pricing

  • stock or fulfillment issues


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the withdrawal period.


Article 7 – Returns

Returned products must:

  • be unused and unactivated

  • be in original packaging

  • include all accessories and components

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Unauthorized or late returns may be refused.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been used, activated, or show heat exposure

  • Products unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons

  • Damaged products due to improper use

This applies in accordance with EU consumer law.


Article 9 – Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Norvén reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned product has been received and inspected.


Article 10 – Prices and Payment

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods offered on the website.

Norvén reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.


Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to international logistics, customs, or carrier delays.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.


Article 12 – Product Use & Safety (Important)

Norvén products are consumer electronic wellness products.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The product must be used:

  • only as instructed

  • only for its intended purpose

  • never while sleeping unattended

  • never if damaged or malfunctioning

Discontinue use immediately if discomfort, pain, or irritation occurs.


Article 13 – Liability

Use of Norvén products is at the consumer’s own risk.

Norvén is not liable for:

  • damage caused by improper use

  • failure to follow instructions

  • unauthorized modifications

  • normal wear and tear

To the extent permitted by law, Norvén excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.


Article 14 – Warranty

Norvén provides a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling is excluded from warranty coverage.

Article 16 – Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.


Article 17 – Amendments

Norvén reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

The most recent version will always be available on our website.
