This Warranty & Safety Disclaimer applies to all Norvén heated eye masks and related electronic wellness products.

By purchasing or using a Norvén product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Classification

Norvén products are consumer wellness electronics designed for comfort and relaxation.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Norvén products should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Safety Instructions (Mandatory)

To ensure safe use of your Norvén heated eye mask, you must follow these instructions:

  • Use the product only as described in the user instructions

  • Do not use the product while sleeping unattended

  • Do not use the product on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin

  • Do not use if the product, cable, or internal components appear damaged

3. Contraindications

5. Warranty Coverage

Norvén provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

If a defect is confirmed, Norvén may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product

  • Repair the product

  • Issue a partial or full refund

6. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper or unsafe use

  • Failure to follow safety instructions

  • Accidents, drops, or impact damage

  • Exposure to liquids or moisture

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

Used or activated products are not eligible for resale or hygiene-based returns.
