Important note about Near-Infrared LEDs

Some LEDs may appear dim or inactive while the panel is running.
This is normal.

The 850nm near-infrared light is largely invisible to the human eye, even when fully active.
While the deep red LEDs are clearly visible, the near-infrared LEDs deliver light beyond the visible spectrum meaning they may look off, but are functioning as intended.

This is a normal characteristic of dual-wavelength light panels and does not indicate a defect.
