This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period.
After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

The product must be returned in its original packaging

All accessories, cables, manuals, and inserts must be included

The product must show no signs of use, wear, or heat exposure
Because Norvén products are personal care and electronic devices, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Hygiene & Safety Notice (Important)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, worn, or activated, including eye masks that show signs of heat usage or skin contact.
This does not affect your statutory rights but limits refunds for used personal care products.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Products showing signs of use, wear, or heat activation

Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
